We're a Brisbane-based referral service focused entirely on structural damp in the city's older housing stock — the pre-war Queenslanders and early brick homes of the inner suburbs. Every assessment and treatment is carried out by independent, QBCC-licensed, insured damp and waterproofing specialists experienced with heritage and character homes. Our role is matching your problem with the right specialist and standing behind the process: honest diagnosis, fixed written quotes, and a 20-year workmanship warranty on treatment.

Why the narrow focus matters

Damp is the most misdiagnosed problem in Brisbane homes. Rising damp, lateral damp, salt attack and subfloor condensation look nearly identical on the wall and need four different fixes — and treating the wrong one wastes thousands while the real problem spreads.
