Step by step
Call or use the form — describe what you're seeing, or send the finding from your building report. If it sounds like a damp problem, we book the assessment; if it sounds like something else (a roof leak, a plumbing issue), we'll say so and point you to the right trade.
A specialist inspects with moisture meters, mapping which walls are affected, how high, and why — rising, lateral, salt or subfloor moisture. You get a straight diagnosis on the spot.

Most homes take one to a few days. You can normally stay in the house; we'll tell you in advance if a room needs closing off. Work is done by QBCC-licensed, insured specialists.
Walls are made good — salt-retardant render, ready to paint after drying — and the workmanship is warrantied for 2 years, in writing. If the damp comes back, so do we.
What to expect
Drying takes time. Once the moisture source is stopped, walls dry naturally over 6–12 months. We'll tell you when it's safe to repaint — painting too early is the most common way a good repair gets blamed for a bad result.
Sometimes the answer is small. A share of assessments end with “lower that garden bed and clear those vents” rather than a treatment quote. You'll get that advice free, because a specialist who quotes treatment a wall doesn't need isn't one you'd trust with a wall that does.
Pre-purchase deadlines are respected. If you're inside a building-and-pest condition window, say so — inspection and written quote are prioritised to land before your date.
